We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, errors may occur. WARMCART reserves the right to correct any errors and to update or cancel orders affected by pricing or description inaccuracies. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payment

By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. WARMCART is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. You are responsible for providing correct shipping address; we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy is incorporated by reference. If no separate policy exists, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, original condition items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less any shipping fees. Contact [email protected] for return authorization.
